Infiltrator sponsors and participates in a variety of programs, including field training, continuing education for installers and contractors and curriculum support for onsite system design studies. The experts on our technical staff, along with our regional representatives, exchange information and seek solutions that promote better science, research, system performance and groundwater quality. Onsite Demonstrations Infiltrator routinely educates installers, design engineers, regulators, builders and developers through a regional onsite demonstration program. By inviting installers to team with Infiltrator for an actual installation, installers get hands-on training, while design engineers, regulators, builders and developers can observe the installation process and learn about how the technology works, with special emphasis on design and sizing of the systems. Technical information is provided and consultative salesmen and field representatives are on hand to answer questions and discuss technical aspects of the products.Raising AwarenessWorking together with our partners, we're helping educate homeowners about the responsibilities of owning a home with an onsite septic system. This outreach contributes to greater system longevity and a broader awareness of the need for water conservation. Technical SupportOur installer training programs promote high-quality standards and consistent installation practices. We also provide expert technical support and engineering assistance for septic system designers, including CAD files and design and installation manuals.
