ROY E. MOORE, JR. - President & CEO
At Infiltrator Systems Inc., Mr. Moore is responsible for overall Corporate Management and is a 20 year veteran of the Company. Before moving into the CEO position, he led the manufacturing operations including the molding and recycling divisions. During this time, Mr. Moore was responsible for the development of several advanced primary and secondary molding processes, as well as the Company’s recycling capabilities. He also led the development of the Company’s very successful Quick4® product line of chambers. Since starting with Infiltrator Systems in 1987, Mr. Moore has headed up, at various times, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, R&D and Government Affairs. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Moore led the manufacturing operations of a major building products supplier. He has specialized in the molding of plastic products since 1979. Mr. Moore attended Georgia Tech, majoring in Industrial Management with course work in Civil Engineering.

ROBERT F. MCHUGH - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. McHugh has extensive experience in resource coordination for emerging growth companies in the manufacturing, distribution, and high-technology industries. At Infiltrator Systems, he leads the financial operations, as well as provides oversight to the manufacturing division. Mr. McHugh joined Infiltrator in 1999 and works with the Executive Team to develop the overall mission and direction of the Company, growing the Company in excess of 100% during this time. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McHugh was Chief Operating Officer of C. Cowles & Company, a Connecticut manufacturer. From 1980 to 1993, he was Partner-in-Charge of middle market and high-technology practices for KPMG, Peat Marwick’s Hartford Business Unit. Mr. McHugh graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BS in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting.

BRYAN A. COPPES - Vice President of Engineering and Research & Development
Mr. Coppes is responsible for Engineering and Research & Development at Infiltrator Systems. Since 1993, he has also held roles in managing a sales territory and product management. Mr. Coppes has been involved in the design and development process for Infiltrator's product lines and continues to play a key role in the organization by heading up the New Business Development team. Prior to joining Infiltrator Systems, Mr. Coppes worked in engineering and product development in the lift industry. Mr. Coppes has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

RONALD BROCHU - Vice President of Manufacturing
Mr. Brochu joined Infiltrator Systems in April of 2000 as its Director of Engineering. In this position, Mr. Brochu spent five years developing new products, conducting manufacturing cost reduction and process improvement programs, and supporting Sales, Marketing, Polymer Recycling, and regulatory initiatives. In January of 2010, Mr. Brochu was promoted to Vice President of Manufacturing where he is responsible for overseeing Infiltrator’s Purchasing Division (Champion), Materials Processing, and Molding Operations. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Brochu was the Technical Manager in Research and Development for one of the world’s largest manufacturers of industrial scale membrane filtration products and equipment. Mr. Brochu has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lowell.

CARL THOMPSON, P.E. - Vice President Sales and Marketing

Carl joined Infiltrator Systems Inc. in 1997 after spending nine years with a manufacturer of site development and utility products. He is responsible for sales, marketing, customer service, and the science and government affairs functions at Infiltrator. Prior to his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Carl held the positions of regional sales manager, regulatory director, technical director, national sales manager, and assistant vice president of marketing and government affairs. He was also the project manager for the development of Infiltrator’s TW-Series septic tanks. Carl has served on several national committees and boards including the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association (NOWRA) board of directors, the National Model Performance Code Committee, the NSF Gravelless standard committee, and the Canadian Standards Association committee on septic tanks. Carl is a registered professional civil engineer and holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering (geotechnical) from Drexel University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
