Blue Diamond Corrugated by Infiltrator
Blue Diamond Corrugated is the newest addition to the Infiltrator family of reliable products. Blue Diamond’s High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe offers a cost-effective, quality solution to meet the needs of most highway, agricultural, recreation, and/or residential application. This HDPE pipe offers a number of advantages over competitive products including durability, superior mechanical and chemical properties and flexibility to name a few.
Blue Diamond Corrugated by Infiltrator offers HDPE pipe for use in a variety of applications.

CORR-A-FLEX – single wall applications
Blue Diamond by Infiltrator Corr-A-Flex is a corrugated HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe. Corr-A-Flex is available in diameters from 3” through 24”. Overall lengths are determined by the integral bell spigot design. Laying lengths are 20 feet. Pipe 3” through 6” is available in 100’ and 250’ coils. For highway drainage projects, 3” - 6” “maxi-coils” are available in lengths up to 3000’. Pipe is also available perforated and slotted in sizes 3” - 8” diameters.
CORR-A-FLOW - dual wall applications (smooth interior)
Blue Diamond by Infiltrator Corr-A-Flow is a dual wall corrugated HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe with a smooth inside wall and a corrugated exterior for strength. Corr-A-Flow is available in diameters from 4” through 24”. Laying lengths are 20’ and overall length is determined by the integral bell spigot design. Pipe is available solid or perforated.
Typical Applications - General drainage, storm sewers, culverts, side drains and septic tanks.
Accessories - Standard pipe comes with an integral bell and spigot joint. External couplers are available.
CORR-A-GUARD
Blue Diamond Corrugated Corr-A-Guard by Infiltrator was designed to replace traditional stone and pipe leachfields using filter-wrapped pipe in place of gravel. Available in 6”, 8”, and 10” diameters, these alternative systems enable the contractor/installer to replace costly gravel with filter wrapped corrugated tubing where soil conditions are favorable. Blue Diamond Corr-A-Guard features the patented molded-on coupling.

- Two holes, each 3/8” to 1/2” in diameter, are drilled in the valleys of alternating corrugations, 60° from either side of the bottom of the pipe.
- Covered with an approved spun bond geotextile fabric and is stored in a heavy duty polyethylene bag for protection during shipping and storage.
- Acts as a conveyance and storage system for the septic tank effluent and as a secondary treatment process.
- Large diameter tubing provides better oxygen transfer capabilities due to the additional storage capacity and increased retention time.
- Pipe creates a settling basin for organic solids and are then further stabilized by bacterial action, reducing the organic load on the soil.
CORR-A-SHIELD
Blue Diamond by Infiltrator Corr-A-Shield by Infiltrator provides protection against edges on fences and other applications where soft edges could prevent injury or damage. Flexible HDPE pipe is flexible, lightweight and pre-slit for easy installation. Offered in a bright color compatible with the color scheme currently being used by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Product is available in a 4” diameter, in 100’ and 200’ coils. Additional diameters, colors and lengths are available upon request.
